WIN a Spa Getaway for 2!

Contest Rules

We’re giving away a Spa Getaway for 2 to the fabulous Mirbeau Inn & Spa in Skaneateles! “Winner takes all” in a random drawing to be held in our office on Friday, December 30th. You can enter for chances to win from Tuesday, November 1st through Thursday, December 29th, 2016. Participation means you agree to the following terms and conditions:

The Prize

The Spa Getaway for 2 is good for hours and hours of total relaxation and pampering, including:

  • Luxurious Overnight Accommodations for two evenings
  • $500 Spa Treatment Credit for use in Spa Mirbeau
  • $100 Wine Card letting you sip and celebrate at interactive, self-service Wine Stations

No Cash Value

The prize is offered “as-is,” with no substitutions. The total value of the Spa Getaway for 2 is approximately $1,000, but may not be redeemed for cash or credit. We want you and your choice of family member, friend, or loved one to enjoy it!

Suppose going to the spa is not your thing? Our advice: enter anyway! There’s surely someone you know who’d really appreciate this special gift!

How to Enter

All you have to do to enter our Spa Getaway for 2 give-away is refer people you know. Doing so earns one or more raffle tickets in the drawing. Every eligible person gets:

  • 1 ticket for 1st referral
  • 3 tickets for 2nd referral
  • 5 tickets for 3rd referral or more

Plus, the good news is, you don’t have to bother with filling out any entry forms or tickets. We’ll do all the work, and enter you automatically!

No Limit on Referrals

A referral is someone new to the office, 18 years old or over, who—on your recommendation—comes in for their first appointment during the contest.

All they have to do is make a first appointment for before Friday, December 30th and keep it. Please make sure they also tell us your name, so we can award you the appropriate number of tickets for sending them our way!

There’s no limit on the number of referrals you can make. Thus, the more referrals, the more tickets you have in the drawing, and the better your chances.

How to Win

Entries close at the close of business on Thursday, December 29th, 2016. The next day Friday, December 30th our staff will gather to draw a winning ticket at random. No need to be present to win. We will notify the winner as soon as possible, using the contact information in our records! If in doubt, please check with us to make sure your info is complete and up-to-date.

No Aliases

Since we keep track of all the entry tickets you earn, please make sure any referrals, reviews, and likes you make are done using the same name we know you by. Don’t use a nickname or alias.

The lucky winner will have ten (10) days to respond to our notification that they’ve won. If the winner doesn’t come forward by the end of that time, or if the winner chooses to decline, an alternate winner will be selected at random, and this process will repeat until the prize is awarded.

Our staff and members of their immediate families are not eligible. Any of our patients of record with an account in good standing is eligible.

Opt-Out OK

If you’d rather not be automatically entered in this drawing, please let us know. Call, email, or tell us when you visit and we’ll make sure you’re excluded before the end of the next business day.

Probability of Winning

Your chances of winning depends on the number of people who enter, and the number of tickets entered into the drawing on behalf of each participant—including you.

Once the prize is awarded, we bear no further responsibility regarding the scheduling of the winner’s Spa Getaway for 2, or any consequences, direct or indirect, intentional or otherwise, that may result from the winner’s acceptance of the prize. Acceptance of the prize constitutes agreements to all the terms of this drawing.

Should any unforeseen circumstances somehow prevent us from holding the drawing or awarding the prize, all participants agree to hold us harmless and without fault. We don’t expect trouble, but sometimes things do happen.
